Where are you located?
Our farm is located in Staton KY. We ship our plants and trees to customers all over the Midwest, including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. We also have homestead storefronts in Sunbury, Ohio, and Lombard, Chicago.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes, we deliver throughout the
Midwest. All of our plants are shipped directly from our Kentucky greenhouse to your door. Our trucks are specially equipped to deliver large trees and plants. We don't pack trees in boxes- they come right off the truck and into your yard! We are working on expanding our shipping area, so please check back often for updates.
How long will it take for my plants to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 10-15 business days of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery date.

Orders are shipped within 10-15 days at a flat rear of $100, regardless of the number of items in your order and location.
How do I know the delivery date of my order?
When you order from us, we will send you an email with the delivery date, and then give you a call to discuss the estimated time of arrival. If anything changes with your delivery date, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have any questions, our customer service team is happy to help you track your order.

Do you help with planting?
Our seasoned experts are more than
happy to help you with your planting needs! We plant each tree for an additional fee of $35 (2-3 ft, 4-5 ft and 6 ft) and $65 for the 7-8 ft size
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
You can use a credit card or a debit
card to make your purchase through our secure checkout.
We also collect payment after we have delivered or installed your trees. We also accept cash, checks, and Venmo/Zelle payments
Do you offer consultation services?
Yes! We offer FREE consultation
services to help you plan your privacy trees. We will work with you to select the right plants for your space and needs, and we will provide you with a detailed estimate. This can be either in person or virtually, whichever is more convenient for you. Please give us a call or send us an email to schedule your consultation.
Are there discounts for large orders?

Do you have a guarantee?
We do not offer a money-back
guarantee, but we are confident in the quality of our plants. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we will do everything we can to make things right.
Do you offer soil amendments and mulches?
We offer compost at $30 per 30lb
bucket. This is enough to plant up to 7 trees.
Do you use a tree auger?
We use a handheld auger for trees.
Where do you get your plants?
We grow some plants on our farms.
