Consider the picture below of a house located directly across from a gas station and convenience store with traffic 24/7 and 365 days a week. Traffic which includes all sorts of people and occasionally may even attract drugs and violence.
Sometimes incredible properties will have a simple, yet significant shortcoming: the location.
